Our Story
After leading global finance and revenue systems transformations at Google, Indeed, StackPath, and Neiman Marcus Group, Kim saw the same breakdowns everywhere. Revenue workflows fail when systems do not connect, processes do not scale, and teams rely on manual workarounds to keep the business moving. High-growth companies outgrew their infrastructure. Established organizations struggled to modernize without disrupting operations. She started her firm to close that gap and give teams enterprise-grade guidance paired with real execution, not generic advice or theoretical best practices.
Kim brings 20+ years of experience leading Order to Cash, billing, and ERP transformations across complex, global environments. Her background includes NetSuite ERP, Zuora Billing and RevPro, Oracle Financials, revenue recognition, payments, tax engines, data governance, and compliance. She connects strategy, architecture, and delivery so systems actually support how the business operates. Her approach is simple and practical: process first, systems second, building finance and revenue operations that scale across retail, subscription, and high-growth companies.
